Sentosa Industrial Ltd. was established in year 1994 in Hong Kong, factory Tian Sheng Xin Metal Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. located in the heart of manufacturing district of Shenzhen China.
With 30 years experiencing the trend of design and demand in the market, the entire process from mould structure until surface finishing are fully developed since our own galvanizing factory was organized in year 2007 with Japanese technique, in order to achieve incomparable quality.
Our various product range cover not only door handle and furniture fittings, but also constructional parts such as furniture framing piece, or functional parts such as bathroom faucet, accessories up to over 20cm diameter.
Upon customer's product requirement, our technician design the mould structure for achieving the surface quality. We do design for handle and any zinc alloy and aluminum product with customer together.
Design
Casting mould for material zinc alloy and aluminum alloy are made under our supervision. Product tolerance are minimized.
Casting
Our working environment for CNC, drilling, different polishing process are clean up to safety guideline. All workers are well-trained for machinery control.
Workshop
Our galvanizing factory is located at the electroplating zone in the province. All material being used are regulated under the environment protection standard.
Thickness layer are strictly controlled and various surface tests are conducted accordingly.
Galvanizing
From sampling to every bulk delivery, from semi-finished to final product, our Quality control team do 100% check with surface as well as measurement requirement.
